研究目的：

基于量子级联激光（QCL）检测装置，无创快速检测人体胃部幽门螺旋杆菌的碳 13-尿素呼气试验（C13-UBT）。实现对于人体呼出 CO2 中的 13C/12C 同位素比例进行精确检测，并开展相关临床检测验证。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the quantum cascade laser (QCL) detection device, the carbon 13-urea breath test (c13-ubt) was used to rapidly detect helicobacter pylori in human stomach. To realize accurate detection of 13C/12C isotope ratio in CO2 from human exhalation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄18-70岁，不限性别，拟行C13-UBT检测的受试者。

Inclusion criteria

Subjects aged 18-70 years, regardless of gender, who plan to undergo C13-UBT test.

排除标准：

近3个月患心肌梗死、脑卒中、休克者；近4周严重心功能不全、严重心律失常、不稳定性心绞痛，严重高血压及高血压危象患者(收缩压>200 mmHg、舒张压>100 mmHg)，或胸腹主动脉瘤患者；气胸及气胸愈合后1月内患者、严重肺大泡者、严重低氧血症及严重呼吸衰竭患者；近4周大咯血；癫痫发作需要药物治疗；肺功能检查当天，内窥镜检查及活检后患者；严重甲状腺功能亢进；免疫力低下易受感染者；体弱无力或重症肌无力患者；无法配合者：如剧烈咳嗽、偏瘫、面瘫、脑瘫、以及智障患者、失聪患者；对PE材料有过敏史者；妊娠或哺乳期妇女；研究者认为不适宜参加本临床试验者

Exclusion criteria：

Myocardial infarction, stroke and shock in the last 3 months;Patients with severe cardiac insufficiency, severe arrhythmia, unstable angina, severe hypertension and hypertensive crisis (systolic blood pressure >200 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure >100 mmHg) in the last 4 weeks, or patients with thoracic and abdominal aortic aneurysm;Patients with pneumothorax and pneumothorax within 1 month after pneumothorax healing, patients with severe pulmonary bullae, severe hypoxemia and severe respiratory failure;Hemoptysis in recent 4 weeks;Seizures require medical treatment;On the day of pulmonary function examination, after endoscopy and biopsy;Severe hyperthyroidism;Vulnerable to infection due to low immunity;Patients with weak or myasthenia gravis;Unable to cooperate: such as severe cough, hemiplegia, facial palsy, cerebral palsy, as well as mentally disabled patients, deaf patients;Allergic history to PE materials;Pregnant or lactating women;The investigator did not consider it appropriate to participate in this clinical trial
