研究目的：

建立 IgAN 信息登记随访系统，利用信息登记系统开展 IgAN 队列研究，探 索 IgAN 患者 ESRD、死亡的发病率及影响肾功能恶化、死亡的危险因素，为疾病的早期诊治和综合决策提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Developing and organizing IgA nephropathy database with REDCap, which is used to carry out cohort studies,and to explore the incidence of ESRD, death, and risk factors affecting renal function deterioration and death in IgAN patients, and provide scientific basis for early diagnosis and treatment and comprehensive decision-making of the disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、 年龄≥14 岁，性别不限；
2、 临床和肾活检确诊为原发性 IgA 肾病；
3、 肾活检的肾小球数目≥10 个；
4、 患者 eGFR ≥ 30 ml/min/1.73 m2（2009 年 CKD-EPI 公式计算 eGFR）；
5、 签署书面同意书，未满 18 岁患者，需要同时有法定监护人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged not less than 14 years old, female and male;
2. Clinical and biopsy-based diagnosis of primary IgA nephropathy;
3. Adequate biopsy sample with not less than 10 glomeruli;
4. Patients with eGFR not less than 30ml/min/1.73m2 (estimated by CKD-EPI formula in 2009);
5. Sign the informed consent form in accordance with the regulations, and patients under the age of 18 need to have a legal guardian to sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1、 糖尿病、系统性红班狼疮、过敏性紫癜、病毒性肝炎、肝硬化等导致的继发性 IgA 肾病；
2、 恶性肿瘤；
3、 肾移植术后；
4、 妊娠；
5、 不同意参加研究或依从性差。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary IgA nephropathy caused by diabetes, systemic lupus erythematosus, Henoch-Schonlein purpura,viral hepatitis,liver cirrhosis, etc;
2. Patients with malignant tumors;
3. Patients with kidney transplantation;
4. Pregnancy;
5. Disagree to participate in the study or poor compliance.
