主要目的：验证基于尿液的新型标志物用于高危的血尿人群的膀胱癌筛查； 次要目的：验证基于尿液的新型标志物的特异性。  

Objectives of Study：

Main objectives: To verify the use of new markers based on urine for bladder cancer screening in high-risk hematuria population; Secondary purpose: To verify the specificity of novel markers based on urine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

血尿组：1）年龄18-90岁；2）无恶性肿瘤疾病史；3）尿常规提示血尿；4）受试者必须在进行任何研究特定程序前提供知情同意；
对照组：1)年龄18-90岁；2）无恶性肿瘤疾病史；3）受试者必须在进行任何研究特定程序前提供知情同意；

Inclusion criteria

Hematuria group: 1) 18-90 years old; 2) No history of malignant tumor; 3) Urine routine suggested hematuria; 4) Subjects must provide informed consent prior to any study specific procedure;
Control group: 1)18-90 years old; 2) No history of malignant tumor diseases; 3) Subjects must provide informed consent prior to any study specific procedure;

排除标准：

血尿组：1）非自然排尿患者；2）留取晨起第一次尿液的患者；3）尿液样本不足50ml；
对照组：1）非自然排尿患者；2）留取晨起第一次尿液的患者；3）尿液样本不足50ml。

Exclusion criteria：

Hematuria group: 1) Unnatural urination;2) Patients whose morning urine was collected;3) Urine sample less than 50ml;
Control group: 1) Unnatural urination;2) Patients whose morning urine was collected;3)Urine sample less than 50ml;
