研究目的：

客观评价小剂量的锂盐对孤独症的核心症状，睡眠、情绪、胃肠道的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of low dose lithium on the core symptoms of autism, as well as the effect on sleeping and mood problem, and gastrointestinal symptoms.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

将研究对象按照随机数字表的方法分为对照组和实验组。对照组：给予常规康复训练治疗基础上口服安慰剂碳酸钙，医生、教学主管及个训老师根据患儿情况制定针对性康复治疗方案，训练内容主要有语言理解、语言表达、社交情绪、大运动、精细运动、生活自理、行为管理等，康复训练28天为1个疗程，休息2周进行第2疗程，连续康复3疗程。实验组在常规康复训练基础上口服碳酸锂治疗，5mg/Kg.次，一天2次, 间隔12h。两组在治疗前后分别进行CARS、ABC、ATEC、睡眠问卷、肠道问卷、父母育儿压力评估，人工智能参数采集、头颅MRI海马体积测量以及波谱分析，并在期间进行血锂浓度监测、肝肾功、血常规、甲功等检查。3 个疗程结束后3个月和6个月随访评估患儿核心症状、行为、情绪、睡眠等情况。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Children with Autism are divided into control group and lithium group randomly. All the children will give standard rehabilitation training. Control group will give calcium, and lithium group will give lithium carbonate, 5mg/kg, bid, for 3 months. Before and after the treatment, CARS, ABC, ATEC, sleep questionnaire, intestinal questionnaire, parental stress assessment, artificial intelligence parameter collection, head MRI hippocampal volume measurement and spectral analysis were conducted in the two groups respectively. During the treatment, lithium concentration, liver and kidney function, blood routine and thyroid function were monitored. All the children are evaluated core symptoms, behavior, mood, sleep and other symptoms at 3 months and 6 months after the treatment finished. 

纳入标准：

1.符合《美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册第 5 版》的ASD诊断标准，年龄3-12岁，性别不限；
2.孤独症儿童行为量表（ABC）》53分;
3.儿童孤独症评定量表（CARS）:>30分;
4.家属知情同意并自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet the ASD diagnostic criteria of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition, age 3-12 years, regardless of gender;
2.Behavior Scale for children with autism (ABC) more than 53 points;
3.Children autism rating scale (CARS) :>30 points;
4.The family members give informed consent and sign informed consent voluntarily.

排除标准：

1.遗传代谢病;
2.染色体病;
3.癫痫;
4.高热惊厥病史;
5.用药前1个月内曾服用任何一种可引起认知改变及重要脏器损害的药物;
6.其他任何可以导致脑功能紊乱的躯体和精神疾患.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Genetic metabolic disease;
2. Chromosomal diseases;
3. Epilepsy;
4. History of high fever and convulsion;
5. Have taken any drugs that can cause cognitive change and damage to organs within 1 month;
6. Any other physical or mental disorder that can cause brain dysfunction.
