研究目的：

观察针刺合谷穴对单侧半球内运动皮层手面区之间及双侧半球间运动皮层手区的兴奋性影响  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of acupuncture at LI4 acupoint on the excitability between the hand area and the facial area of the unilateral motor cortex and the hand areas of the bilateral interhemispheric motor cortex.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）健康受试者，年龄在18~50岁；
（2）右利手，性别不限；
（3）既往无神经、精神、运动系统疾患者；
（4）近3个月内未接受过任何外周刺激（如针灸、外周电刺激等）及中枢刺激（如rTMS、tDCS等）；
（5）愿意接受电针，无晕针史；
（6）自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Healthy subjects aged between 18 and 50
(2) Right-handedness, regardless of gender
(3) No previous neurological, mental or motor system diseases
(4) Did not receive any peripheral stimulation (such as acupuncture, peripheral electrical stimulation, etc.) and central stimulation (such as rTMS, tDCS, etc.) within the last 3 months
(5) Willing to accept electroacupuncture and never had history of needle fainting
(6) Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent

排除标准：

（1）有精神系统疾患者，如：精神分裂、焦虑症、人格障碍等；
（2）有神经系统疾患者，如：脑外伤、颅后窝疾病、痉挛症、三叉神经痛、Jackson癫痫、面神经麻痹后痉挛、眼睑痉挛、认知障碍、言语障碍及痴呆等；
（3）有严重高血压、糖尿病、恶性肿瘤等病史；有严重的心、肝、肾等脏器的疾患；
（4）体内有金属残留物者（包括义齿、起搏器、神经刺激器、医疗泵等） ；
（5）对TMS畏惧以及其它原因不能进行TMS刺激者；
（6）畏惧针刺或出现针刺不良反应者；
（7）妊娠或哺乳期妇女；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with mental system disorders, such as schizophrenia, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, etc.
(2) Patients with nervous system disorders, such as brain trauma, posterior fossa disease, spasm, trigeminal neuralgia, Jackson epilepsy, post-facial nerve palsy spasm, blepharospasm, cognitive impairment, speech disorder and dementia
(3) Had a history of severe hypertension, diabetes, or malignant tumors, serious diseases of heart, liver, kidney and other viscera
(4) Persons with metal residues (including dentures, pacemakers, nerve stimulators, medical pumps, etc.)
(5) Those who are afraid of TMS and cannot stimulate TMS for other reasons
(6) Those who are afraid of acupuncture or have adverse reactions to acupuncture
(7) Pregnant or lactating women

采取简单随机化方法，应用PEMS3.1 for Windows“完全随机（两组及多组）设计”程序产生随机数字（研究对象总数＝15，处理组数＝4），得出顺序号，制作随机卡片，加信封密封。

Grouping takes a simple randomization approach, applying the PEMS3.1 for Windows "completely random (two and multiple groups) design" program to produce random numbers (total number of subjects = 20, number of processing groups = 4), obtain sequential numbers, make random cards, and seal envelopes.
