研究目的：

本研究的目的是探寻不同糖尿病状态和尿白蛋白排泄率（UACR）阶段的2型糖尿病患者血清SIRT6的表达水平，并试图找寻它与尿蛋白和糖脂代谢的相关联系。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to explore the expression levels of serum SIRT6 in patients with T2DM at different diabetic states and urinary albumin to creatinine ratios (UACR), and to try to find its correlation with urinary protein and glucolipid metabolism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.诊断为2型糖尿病（T2DM）；
2.糖尿病前期的患者；
3.体检中心正常查体者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed T2DM.
2. Patient with pre-diabetes.
3. Healthy people.

排除标准：

1. 近3个月内发生过糖尿病高渗昏迷或糖尿病酮症酸中毒等糖尿病相关急性并发症；
2. 近期有严重感染、手术或创伤等应激状态，或处在妊娠、哺乳等特殊身体时期，或年龄<18周岁；
3. 近6个月使用过或正在使用血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂（ACEI）、血管紧张素受体阻断剂（ARB）或钠-葡萄糖协同转运蛋白2抑制剂（SGLT-2i）等干扰尿蛋白排泄的药物；
4. 严重的肝功能损伤、心脑血管疾病、感染性疾病或恶性肿瘤病史，既往有其他肾病病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1.In the last 3 months acute diabetic complications, such as diabetic hyperosmotic coma ,diabetic ketoacidosis, etc;
2.With recent stress conditions, such as infection, surgery, trauma,etc or special physical conditions, such as pregnancy and lactation; Or aged < 18 years.
3. Patients were treated by ACEI, ARB or SGLT-2i.
4. Severe liver function, damageIntentional cerebrovascular disease, infectious disease and history of malignant tumor or anamnesis of nephropathy.
