研究目的：

探讨小气道病变患者的高危因素及其罹患慢性呼吸道疾病（哮喘、慢阻肺）的转归，为早期发现、早期诊断、早期预防提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore high-risk factors of patients with small airway disease and outcome of chronic respiratory diseases (asthma, COPD), and provide scientific basis for early detection,diagnosis and prevention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄：18岁及其以上，男、女不限。
②符合小气道病变的肺功能标准：MMEF、FEF50、FEF75下降，多于2项指标低于65%预计值。
③每年在常住地居住时间不少于9个月。
④能进行语言或文字交流书写能力。
⑤自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

①More than 18 years old,male or female.
②Meet the lung function standards for small airway disease: MMEF, FEF50 and FEF75 decreased, and more than 2 indicators were lower than 65% of the expected value.
③Living in the place of permanent residence for not less than 9 months each year.
④Able to communicate and write in language or text.
⑤Sign the informed consent form voluntarily.

排除标准：

①存在重大疾病，如肺部恶性肿瘤、心功能不全、肾功能衰竭、痴呆、癫痫、活动性肺结核等。
②近1周内使用呼吸系统药物，如吸入用糖皮质激素、抗胆碱能药物、β2受体激动剂、白三烯受体拮抗剂等。
③现处于呼吸道疾病急性加重期，如慢阻肺急性加重期，哮喘急性发作期等。
④肝肾功能不全，血ALT或AST超过正常值上限2倍，血Cr超过正常值上限1.5倍。
⑤既往3个月内急性心脑血管事件（中风、短暂性脑缺血发作、急性冠脉综合征）。
⑥未完全治愈的恶性肿瘤史。
⑦精神疾病、药物成瘾或酗酒。
⑧哺乳期、妊娠期或近期计划妊娠。
⑨预计不能配合，不适于随访者；或预计寿命小于2年者。
⑩未签知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

①There are major diseases, such as lung malignant tumors, heart failure, renal failure, dementia, epilepsy, active tuberculosis, etc.
②Use of respiratory system drugs in past week, such as inhaled corticosteroids, anticholinergic drugs, β2 receptor agonists, leukotriene receptor antagonists, etc.
③Currently in acute exacerbation of respiratory diseases, such as acute exacerbation of COPD, acute exacerbation of asthma, etc.
④ Liver and kidney dysfunction, blood ALT or AST exceeds the upper limit of normal 2 times, blood Cr exceeds the upper limit of normal 1.5 times.
⑤Acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events (stroke, transient ischemic attack,acute coronary syndrome) in past 3 months.
⑥History of malignant tumors that are not completely cured.
⑦Mental illness, drug addiction or alcoholism.
⑧During breastfeeding, pregnancy or planned pregnancy in the near future.
⑨Those who are not expected to cooperate and are not suitable for follow-up; or whose life expectancy is less than 2 years.
⑩No informed consent was signed.
