研究目的：

1、明确lncRNA CoroMarker在AMI患者血浆中的表达水平及其在诊断和预后评估上的价值。 2、阐明lncRNA CoroMarker对血管炎症的调控机制，CoroMarker可能通过激活单核细胞和血管内皮细胞NF-κB信号通路，增加相应趋化粘附因子及其受体的表达，促进单核细胞和血管内皮细胞粘附，参与动脉粥样硬化过程。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To clarify the expression level of lncRNA CoroMarker in plasma of AMI patients and its value in diagnosis and prognosis assessment. 2. To clarify the regulatory mechanism of lncRNA CoroMarker on vascular inflammation, CoroMarker may increase the expression of corresponding chemokine adhesion factor and its receptor by activating the NF- B signaling pathway of monocytes and vascular endothelial cells, promote the adhesion between monocytes and vascular endothelial cells, and participate in the process of atherosclerosis.

纳入标准：

连续选取2020年12月1日至2021年12月31日在粤北人民医院心内科住院的初次发作心肌梗死患者作为研究对象，所有患者均符合中华医学会2019年急性心肌梗死诊断指南标准。另选取同期在粤北人民医院体检中心健康体检者60例作为对照组。入选患者均签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

The first myocardial infarction patients who were hospitalized in the department of cardiology of north guangdong people's hospital on November 1, 2020 and December 31, 2021 were selected as the research objects. All the patients met the 2019 guidelines for the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction of Chinese medical association.All the enrolled patients signed informed consent.

排除标准：

排除再发心肌梗死、各种急慢性感染性疾病、外伤、恶性肿瘤、结缔组织疾病、自身免疫性疾病、严重周围血管病变、急性脑卒中和严重肝肾功能不全等危重疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Recurrent myocardial infarction, various acute and chronic infectious diseases, trauma, malignant tumors, connective tissue diseases, autoimmune diseases, severe peripheral vascular lesions, acute stroke, and severe hepatic and renal insufficiency were excluded.
