研究目的：

通过随机对照试验，评价基于动机性访谈的运动干预项目对改善老年HIV感染者身体活动及生活质量的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Through a randomized trial,to evaluate the impact and feasibility of motivational interviewing and pedometer walking intervention on physical activity and quality of life in elderly patients with HIV.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）经疾控中心确诊为HIV阳性
（2）年龄≥50岁
（3）抗病毒治疗后处于稳定期
（4）具有一定的书写和理解能力
（5）愿意使用公卫中心的爱运动APP
（6）自愿参与本研究并能提供知情同意书
（7）近一月身体活动量未达世界卫生组织建议标准，即未能每周累积从事至少150分钟的中等强度体力活动

Inclusion criteria

(a) HIV diagnosed
(b) aged over 50
(c) stable antiretroviral therapy(ART)
(d)able to read and communicate in Chinese/Mandarin
(e)willingness to download and use the research APP and pedometer
(f)the ability to provide informed consent
(g)no significant physical activity in the previous 1 month,defined as reporting fewer than 150minutes of moderate physical activity per week

排除标准：

（1）有运动禁忌症如：心肌梗死、未良好控制的心力衰竭或其他急性心血管事件、安装心脏起搏器者。
（2）其它经医生认定不适合参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who have physical conditons that might limit moderate physical activity (e.g.,myocardial infarction.stroke, heart disease)or severe cognitive impairment were excluded.
