Objectives of Study：

To determine the correlation between thromboelastography and smog like echo of cardiac vein in critical patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、新入ICU的重症患者，男女不限；
2、年龄≥18岁；
3、每位患者入组前征得患方同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. New ICU patients with severe illness, male and female
2. Patients aged 18 years or above;
3. The informed consent was obtained and signed by each patient before admission.

排除标准：

近一周内有使用抗凝或抗血小板药物或接受溶栓治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

The patients who used anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs or received thrombolytic therapy in the past week.
