研究目的：

应用流式细胞术检测HLA-B27携带情况，采用心脏彩超诊断心瓣膜病，包括SpA患者的二尖瓣、三尖瓣、主动脉瓣和肺动脉瓣病变，采用logistic回归模型评价结果变量，控制混杂变量因素，混杂变量包括性别、年龄、婚姻状况、体重指数、吸烟状况（过去和现在）、饮酒、运动等探讨脊柱关节炎患者中的探讨携带HLA-B27是否会增加患心脏瓣膜病的风险。  

Objectives of Study：

Flow cytometry was used to detect HLA-B27 carriers. Echocardiography was used to diagnose valvular disease, including mitral valve, tricuspid valve, aortic valve and pulmonary valve lesions in patients with spa. Logistic regression model was used to evaluate the outcome variables and control the confounding variables, including gender, age, marital status, body mass index, smoking status (past and present), and drinking To explore whether carrying HLA-B27 will increase the risk of heart valve disease in patients with spinal arthritis.

纳入标准：

符合国际脊椎关节炎学会脊椎关节炎诊断标准的患者，包括：腰痛≥3个月，发病年龄<45岁，影像学髂骨关节炎等；

Inclusion criteria

The patients who met the diagnostic criteria of the international society for spondylarthritis included: low back pain ≥ 3 months, onset age < 45 years old, imaging iliac osteoarthritis, etc;

排除标准：

1.孕妇和哺乳期妇女，或计划在研究期限内怀孕的妇女；
2不能配合随访的病人；
3.恶性肿瘤患者，恶病质患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant and lactating women, or women planning to become pregnant within the study time limit;

2. Patients who cannot cooperate with the follow-up;

3. Malignant tumor patients, cachexia patients.
