移动卒中单元在缺血性脑卒中患者中溶栓时间、安全性和成本效益的影响情况。  

Objectives of Study：

Effect of mobile stroke unit on thrombolytic time, safety and cost-effectiveness in patients with ischemic stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

患者需要年龄在18-80岁之间，根据急诊室对中风的改进认识，有一个或多个中风症状。书写提供知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Patients needed to be aged 18–80 years, have one or more stroke symptoms according to the modified recognition of stroke in the emergency room (ROSIER) scale.Written informed consent was provided.

排除标准：

不确定的症状发作（例如，醒后），无局灶性中风样症状，且怀孕。如果诊断和治疗方案不能被取消，因为 MSU或医院的关键设备有缺陷，如果不稳定的医疗状况需要立即处理在重症监护室接受治疗，或者如果患者从基层医院转院。

Exclusion criteria：

Uncertain onset of symptoms (e.g., after waking up), no focal stroke like symptoms, and pregnancy. If the diagnosis and treatment plan cannot be cancelled because of the defects of MSU or key equipment of the hospital, if the unstable medical condition needs to be treated immediately, or if the patient is transferred from the primary hospital.
