探讨应激相关抑郁症的客观诊断指标，开展抑郁症的个体化综合干预模式，并进行效果评价，推广规范化诊疗方案  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the objective diagnostic indicators of stress-related depression, develop an individualized comprehensive intervention model for depression and evaluate its effect, promote standardized diagnosis and treatment programs

纳入标准：

1、门诊及住院患者
2、抑郁发作患者符合ICD-10抑郁症诊断标准
3、能配合量表评估及理解量表的内容
4、患者本人或其法定监护人签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Outpatients and inpatients
2. Patients with depression meet the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for depression
3. Able to evaluate and understand the contents of the scale
4. The patient himself or his legal guardian signs the informed consent form

排除标准：

1、既往明确的躁狂或轻躁狂发作
2、有精神发育迟滞病史及痴呆患者
3、无人监护或不同意入组

Exclusion criteria：

1. A clear prior episode of mania or hypomania
2. Mental retardation and dementia
3. Unsupervised or not agree to join the group
