Objectives of Study：

To determine the correlation between thromboelastography and smog like echo of cardiac vein in critical patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、新入ICU的重症患者，男女不限
2、年龄≥18岁
3、每位患者入组前征得患方同意并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1.New patient that including postoperative, transfer and outpatient/emergency admission.
2.Aged over 18 years old, male and female.
3.Each patient obtained the patient's consent and signed the informed consent before entering the group

排除标准：

1、年龄﹤18岁
2、近一周内有使用抗凝或抗血小板药物或接受溶栓治疗
3、不能获取知情同意书签署患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age less than 18years old.
2. Use of anticoagulants or antiplatelet agents or thrombolytic therapy for nearly a week.
3. The patient can not to sign consent.
