研究目的：

进一步了解汕头市青少年屈光不正患者干眼的现状，分析青少年干眼的可能主要影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

To further understand the status quo of dry eyes in adolescents with refractive error in Shantou city and analyze the possible main influencing factors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

拟初步对我院就诊的13-20岁青少年屈光不正患者做同步干眼问卷调查，采用干眼OSDI问卷做干眼主观评分，同时调查的相关因素有年龄、性别、电子产品使用时间、隐形眼镜佩戴、熬夜等不良用眼习惯、户外活动频率、空调房使用时间等可能的影响因素，最后对所收集的调查数据做回归分析，计划3年收集2500例，评估汕头市青少年近视患者的干眼患病率，并评估青少年近视与干眼是否有平行性相关性及其中的显著影响因素。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Proposed preliminary to our hospital teens aged 13 to 20 patients with refractive errors with dry eye questionnaire, including the subjective scores by OSDI questionnaire, the investigation of the related factors such as age, gender, the use of electronic products, contact lens wear, and ill habits of using eyes, outdoor activities, time of air-conditioned room and other possible influencing factors. All of the survey data will be collected and do regression analysis. We plan to collect 2500 cases in the following 3 years. To evaluate the prevalence and the significant influencing factors of dry eye among adolescents with myopia in Shantou city.

1.13-20岁（包括13及20周岁）青少年；
2.屈光不正患者。
