研究目的：

本项目的研究目标是明确COPD患者合并OSA及稳定期病原体定植是否对COPD急性加重独立关联，以及OSA与定植之间的相互关系。COPD患者即使在稳定期病原体定植对急性加重和疾病进展均起到关键作用，流行病学调查显示COPD患者同时合并OSA的发生率很高，而OSA是否通过影响病原体定植进而参与COPD的加重是我们需要研究的。  

Objectives of Study：

The goal of this project is to clarify whether COPD patients with OSA and stable pathogen colonization are independently associated with exacerbation of COPD, and study the relationship between OSA and colonization. Pathogen colonization in the stable phase plays a key role in both acute exacerbation in COPD. Epidemiological investigations have shown that COPD patients have a high incidence of concurrent OSA. Whether OSA affects pathogen colonization and participates in COPD aggravation is ours Need to study.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1）从受试者获得书面知情同意。
（2）受试者年龄在40-85岁之间。
（3）应用支气管扩张剂后FEV1/预测值≤80％和FEV1 /FVC<70%。
（4）受试者的目前或既往的吸烟史≥10包年。戒烟指已停止吸烟至少6个月。包年数=（每天吸烟数/ 20）x吸烟年数。
（5）受试者有记录的COPD病史≥1年。
（6）至少1个月内无COPD急性加重且目前病情稳定，近1个月内无任何抗生素及口服激素应用的受试者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Subjects with written informed consent.
2. Subjects aged 40-85.
3. Patients with FEV1 / predictive value ≤ 80% and FEV1 / FVC < 70% after bronchodilator application.
4. Subjects with current or past smoking history ≥ 10 pack years. Smoking cessation means having stopped smoking for at least 6 months. Package years = (daily smoking / 20) x smoking years.
5. Subjects with a history of COPD more than 1 year.
6. Subjects without acute exacerbation of COPD in at least one month and stable condition at present, and subjects without any antibiotics and oral hormones in recent one month.

排除标准：

（1）受试者已明确诊断为哮喘，间质性肺病，支气管扩张或其他呼吸系统疾病（如结核病，肺癌等）。
（2）进行过肺部手术。
（3）正在接受免疫机制剂治疗。
（4）怀孕或哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects who have been definitely diagnosed with asthma, interstitial lung disease, bronchiectasis or other respiratory diseases (such as tuberculosis, lung cancer, etc.).
2. Subjects with lung surgery.
3. Subjects receiving immunotherapy.
4. Pregnant or lactating subjects.
