研究目的：

通过与传统肝切手术进行对比，评估吲哚菁绿荧光成像法治疗结直肠癌肝转移的安全性及可行性。同时评估吲哚菁绿荧光成像法在提高转移病灶检出率、R0切除率、降低术后并发症以及改善患者预后方面的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing with traditional liver resection, the safety and feasibility of indocyanine green fluorescence imaging in the treatment of colorectal cancer liver metastasis are evaluated. At the same time, the effect of indocyanine green fluorescence imaging in improving the detection rate of metastatic lesions, R0 resection rate, reducing postoperative complications and improving patient prognosis is evaluated.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）明确诊断为结直肠癌的患者，同时性或异时性肝转移；
（2）伴有术前典型的肝转移影像表现；
（3）肝转移病灶评估为可切除者；
（4）年龄大于18岁，小于75岁，无性别限制；
（5）耐受全身麻醉，ASA麻醉分级3级以下，无合并严重心肺脑疾病；
（6）同意签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Those patients who are definitely diagnosed as colorectal cancer have synchronous or metachronous liver metastasis;
2. Patients with typical preoperative imaging findings of liver metastasis;
3. Patients with liver metastases evaluated as resectable;
4. The patients who are older than 18 and younger than 75 have no sex restriction;
5. Patients tolerating general anesthesia, ASA anesthesia grade below 3, without severe cardiopulmonary and cerebral diseases;
6. Patients who agree to sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）结直肠癌肝转移病灶评估为不可切除者；
（2）对吲哚菁绿或碘过敏者；
（3）研究人员认为，受试者未必能完成本研究或未必能遵守本研究的要求（由于管理方面的原因或其他原因）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with unresectable liver metastases from colorectal cancer;
2. Patients allergic to indocyanine green or iodine;
3. The researchers believe that the subjects may not be able to complete the study or comply with the requirements of the study (due to management or other reasons).
