Objectives of Study：

The association of multiple general anesthesia with neurothology and diffusion tensor imaging(DTI) in immature chilldren.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

因尿道下裂接受2次以上（含2次）全麻手术并且年龄在1-3岁的患儿。

Inclusion criteria

Children aged 1-3 years who received general anesthesia for hypospadias more than 2 times.

排除标准：

拒绝入组者；
围术期出现血流动力学不稳定；
鸡蛋牛奶过敏患儿；
临床试验期间发生过其他影响患儿智力的疾病

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects refused to join the group;
2. Patients with hemodynamic instability during perioperative period;
3. Children with egg milk allergy;
4. During the clinical trial, other diseases affecting children's intelligence occurred.
