1.拟在本院行手术治疗的患儿；
2.患儿性别不限：

Inclusion criteria

1. Children to be operated in our hospital;

排除标准：

1.拒绝参加本研究的患儿：
2.患儿有手术经历：
3.患儿有慢性疾病病史。

Exclusion criteria：
