研究目的：

通过比较胆道闭锁肝门空肠吻合术与肝门十二指肠吻合术两种吻合方式术后疗效。术中采集空肠、十二指肠肠内肠液测定LPS含量；观察术后大便排胆率及黄疸恢复情况、术后3个月黄疸和肝功能恢复情况、术后6月肝硬化情况以及2年的肝移植比例情况等临床信息。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to compare the curative effect of two kinds of anastomotic methods: hilar jejunostomy and hilar duodenostomy for biliary atresia. The contents of LPS in jejunum and duodenum were measured during the operation. The recovery of postoperative bile excretion rate and jaundice, the recovery of jaundice and liver function at 3 months after operation, cirrhosis at 6 months after operation and the proportion of liver transplantation in 2 years were observed.

纳入标准：

签名及日期的知情同意书；
承诺遵守研究程序，并配合实施全过程研究 ；
年龄为0~90天之间；
临床症状体征、术前检查怀疑胆道闭锁的患儿；
符合特定的实验室检查结果；
能坚持、配合研究干预。

Inclusion criteria

1. Informed consent with signature and date;
2. Those who promise to abide by the research procedures and cooperate with the implementation of the whole process of research;
3. Subjects aged 0-90 days;
4. Children suspected of biliary atresia by clinical symptoms and signs and preoperative examination;
5. The subjects that meet the specific laboratory test results;
6. The subjects who can insist on and cooperate with the research intervention.
