研究目的：

本研究旨在比较舒更葡糖钠与新斯的明的肌松逆转效果和对肺癌患者术后肺部并发症发生情况的影响，明确舒更葡糖钠对术后肺部并发症发生的影响，这对肺癌患者临床上合理使用舒更葡糖钠来逆转肌松具有一定的指导意义。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to compare the reversal effect of sugammadex and neostigmine on the occurrence of postoperative pulmonary complications in patients with lung cancer, and to clarify the effect of sodium sulfonic acid on postoperative pulmonary complications. this has a certain guiding significance for the rational use of sodium sulfonate to reverse muscle relaxation in patients with lung cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）成人患者（≥18岁）；
（2）经病理活检确诊肺癌并无其他脏器及淋巴结转移；
（3）接受气管插管全麻手术；
（4）使用了甾体类非去极化肌松药（维库溴铵或罗库溴铵）；
（5）美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级为Ⅰ-Ⅲ级；
（6）患者生命体征平稳（包括体温、心率、呼吸、血压）。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Adult patients (>=18 years old);
(2) had no metastasis of other organs and lymph nodes by pathological biopsy;
(3) received endotracheal intubation general anesthesia;
(4) used steroidal non-depolarizing muscle relaxants (vecuronium or rocuronium);
(5) American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-III;
(6) the vital signs of the patients were stable (including body temperature, heart rate, respiration, blood pressure).

排除标准：

（1）患有神经肌肉阻滞禁忌症；
（2）严重心、肝、肾功能等异常；
（3）对舒更葡糖钠或新斯的明过敏。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) suffering from contraindication of neuromuscular block;
(2) severe abnormality of heart, liver and kidney function;
(3) allergy to sugammadex or neostigmine.
