研究目的：

（1）通过回顾性收集大样本的GIST及LM病例，获得应用Photoshop软件量化的Tmean和TSD，Tmean和TSD的比值比，得到鉴别GIST和LM的界定值。 （2）将此界定值前瞻性的应用于GIST及LM各200例中，检测其准确率，敏感性及特异性，以便能够临床推广。 （3）终极目标是开发此类工作软件，附带在EUS操作面板上，操作捕捉图像时就可以获得测量数据，以便对于回声混淆的GIST和LM的鉴别，为患者的治疗方案提供指导意义。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Through retrospective collection of large samples of GIST and LM cases, the ratios of Tmean and TSD, Tmean and TSD quantified by Photoshop software were obtained, and the threshold value for distinguishing GIST and LM was obtained. (2) Prospectively apply this threshold value to 200 cases of GIST and LM to detect its accuracy, sensitivity and specificity so as to be clinically popularized. (3) The ultimate goal is to develop this kind of working software, attached to the EUS operation panel, and the measurement data can be obtained when operating the captured image, so as to distinguish between echo-confused GIST and LM, and provide guidance for the patient's treatment plan.

纳入标准：

来自天津医科大学第二医院消化内科、天津医科大学总医院消化内科及天津市人民医院内镜诊疗科病例，患者均需行普通胃镜、超声内镜及ESD治疗。

Inclusion criteria

Cases from the Gastroenterology Department of the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University, the Gastroenterology Department of Tianjin Medical University General Hospital, and the Endoscopy Department of Tianjin Peoples Hospital. All patients need general gastroscopy, endoscopic ultrasound and ESD treatment.

排除标准：

患者无超声内镜检查结果或病理诊断结果。

Exclusion criteria：

The patient has no results of endoscopic ultrasonography or pathological diagnosis.

金标准或参考标准（即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法，在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准）：

病理诊断：间质瘤免疫组化染色为CD34、CD117、DOG-1阳性。平滑肌瘤为Desmin、SMA阳性，CD34、CD117、DOG-1阴性。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

GIST is generally defined as spindle-shaped cells or epithelioid mesenchymal tumor which is positive immunostaining for CD34, CD117 and DOG-1 antigen.The immunostain of LM is positive for Desmin and SMA and negative for CD34, CD117 or DOG-1
