研究目的：

就目前的研究来看，tDCS对微小意识状态干预具有积极作用，但相关机制仍不明了，尤其是脑电的功能连接方面研究甚少。本研究选取病情稳定的微小意识状态患者，应用tDCS技术对关键脑区（DLPFC）干预，基于脑电分析技术（静息态和ERP）和临床量表，得到即刻和长期效应，了解静息态下脑网络连接，脑电频谱干预前后情况，探索干预后对脑电活动的影响。探索干预微小意识状态适宜的靶点和方式，为临床治疗提供一定的指导依据。  

Objectives of Study：

As far as the present research is concerned, tDCS has a positive effect on the intervention of micro-conscious state, but the related mechanism is still unknown, especially in the functional connectivity of eeg. In this study, tDCS was used to intervene key brain regions (DLPFC) in patients with stable minimal state of consciousness. Based on eeg analysis (resting state and ERP) and clinical scale, immediate and long-term effects were obtained, before and after the intervention of eeg spectrum, to explore the effect of the intervention on eeg activity. OBJECTIVE: to explore the appropriate target and mode of intervention in the state of micro-consciousness, and to provide some guidance for clinical treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄大于18周岁 2. 脑损伤后微小意识状态 3.病情稳定，没有其他脏器合并症。4.发病大于14天。

Inclusion criteria

1. Older than 18.2. Minimal state of consciousness after brain injury 3. He's stable. No other organ complications. 4. The onset time was less than 2 weeks.

排除标准：

颅骨缺损，年龄<18岁；既往有痴呆，近3个月内使用抗癫痫药物，生命体征不平稳，有严重的合并疾病如严重感染、急性心肌梗死、心力衰竭、大出血、晚期癌症等导致生存时间有限。72小时内使用镇静苯巴比妥、苯二氮卓类等药物。滥用及药物依赖史。

Exclusion criteria：

Skull defect, age <18, previous dementia, use of antiepileptic drugs in the last 3 months, unstable vital signs, severe complications such as severe infection, acute myocardial infarction, heart failure, massive bleeding, and advanced cancer result in limited survival. Phenobarbital, Benzodiazepines, anything for 72 hours. History of abuse and drug dependence.
