研究目的：

评估股骨近端钢板前方长螺纹钉布局相比于常规短螺纹钉布局，在降低后倾型股骨颈骨折内固定失败率方面的作用和影响，提高此类内固定治疗后倾型股骨颈骨折的成功率及患者预后。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the hybrid configuration of anterior long-threaded screw of proximal femoral plating with normally short-threaded screws in the fixation of femoral neck fractures with posterior tilt, in terms of lowering fixation loss.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.后倾型股骨颈骨折；
2.行股骨近端钢板固定（前方长螺纹钉布局或常规短螺纹钉布局）；
3.随访6个月以上。

Inclusion criteria

1.Femoral neck fracture with posterior tilt;
2.Fixed with proximal femoral plating (anterior long-threaded screw or normally short-threaded screws);
3.A minimum follow-up of six months.

排除标准：

1.开放性骨折；
2.合并同侧髋关节炎；
3.合并恶性肿瘤；
4.随访资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Open fractures;
2.With ipsilateral hip arthritis;
3.Malignancies;
4.Incomplete data.
