研究目的:

神经干细胞来源外泌体对于骨折愈合的作用以及相关机制的探究。  

Objectives of Study:

To further verify the role of key osteogenic factors in exosomes , measure was made like extracting the serum of clinical patients with TBI combined with limb fractures, it determined the key factor promoting osteogenic healing through protein spectrum and miRNA sequencing, the study is try to explain the pathways accelerate fracture healing of TBI.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

①年龄18-60周岁,性别不限;
②脑外伤时间6-10天;
③骨折部位包括足、踝、胫腓骨、股骨、髌骨、髋、尺桡骨、手、肱骨、肩胛骨、锁骨;
④符合骨折诊断标准;或符合中/重度创伤性颅脑损伤标准(根据不同分组);
骨折标准:骨皮质连续性中断;
中/重度创伤性颅脑损伤标准:颅脑外伤病史;外伤时间大于24H;Glasgow昏迷评分小于等于12分;失去意识时间大于30min;
⑤有意愿参加本试验并配合资料的收集。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 18-60 years, regardless of gender;
2. Patients with brain injury lasting for 6-10 days;
3. The fracture sites included foot, ankle, tibiofibula, femur, patella, hip, radius and ulna, hand, humerus, scapula and clavicle;
4. Patients who meet the criteria of fracture diagnosis; or patients who meet the criteria of moderate / severe traumatic brain injury (according to different groups):
Fracture criteria: interruption of cortical continuity;
Criteria of moderate / severe traumatic brain injury: history of traumatic brain injury; duration of injury more than 24h; Glasgow coma score less than or equal to 12 points; time of unconsciousness more than 30min;
5. Patients who are willing to participate in this trial and cooperate with data collection.

排除标准:

①合并其他非四肢骨折者;
②既往有脑外伤病史和3年内骨折病史者;
③病理性骨折或合并严重骨质疏松或成骨不全者;
④有肝脏、肾脏等系统严重疾患者;
⑤严重心血管、血液系统疾病者;
⑥糖尿病;
⑦自身免疫性疾病者;
⑧肿瘤患者、接受放疗化疗者;
⑨精神疾病史、无法正常交流及回答问题者,例如痴呆等;
⑩血尿HCG检测显示怀孕者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with other non limb fractures;
2. Patients with previous history of brain injury and fracture within 3 years;
3. Patients with pathological fracture or severe osteoporosis or osteogenesis imperfecta;
4. Patients with serious diseases of liver and kidney;
5. Patients with severe cardiovascular and hematological diseases
6. Diabetic patients;
7. Patients with autoimmune diseases;
8. Tumor patients and patients receiving radiotherapy and chemotherapy;
9. Patients with a history of mental illness, inability to communicate and answer questions, such as dementia, etc.;
10. Those patients whose blood and urine HCG tests show pregnancy.
