Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of sugammadex on postoperative resuscitation and pulmonary complications in elderly patients of total hip replacement arthroplasty under general anesthesia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄≥75岁，BMI<30kg/m2；
(2)ASA分级II-Ⅲ级

Inclusion criteria

(1)more than 75 years old, BMI＜30kg/m2
（2）ASA score between II and Ⅲ

排除标准：

(1)局麻药过敏，
(2)长期服用阿片类或精神类药物；
(3)合并严重心、肺、肝、肾、脑等疾病；
(4)严重凝血障碍及糖尿病血糖控制欠佳；
(5)外周神经疾病、阻滞部位感染、下肢神经损伤史；
(6)意识障碍，不能正常沟通。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Allergy to local anesthetic;
(2) Long-term use of opioids or psychotropic drugs;
(3) With severe heart, lung, liver, kidney, brain and other diseases;
(4) Severe coagulation disorders and poor blood glucose control with diabetes;
(5) History of peripheral nerve disease, block site infection, lower extremity nerve injury;
(6) Consciousness disorder, unable to communicate normally.
