研究目的：

通过芳香疗法，提高护士的睡眠质量  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to test the effects of aroma-inhalation therapy on sleep quality in Chinese nurse.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）自述睡眠质量下降的原因与工作相关，包括工作压力及轮班工作；（2）睡眠障碍持续时间≧3个月；（3）无视觉、听觉及嗅觉障碍；（4）自愿参加，愿意接受随访。

Inclusion criteria

(1) the cause of sleep disorders was work related; (2) self-reported sleep issues (difficulty falling asleep, dreaming or frequent awakening) for more than 3 months, and able to attend four weeks follow up; (3) no visual, hearing and smell disorders; (4) informed consent, voluntary to participate in the study

排除标准：

（1）怀孕或哺乳期护士；（2）有精神病、癫痫、低血压病史；（3）有过敏性鼻炎、哮喘、鼾症等呼吸系统问题；（4）花朵或植物会诱发哮喘、湿疹或过敏。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) pregnancy or in lactation period; (2) history of psychosis, epilepsy or hypotension; (3) have respiratory problems such as allergic rhinitis, asthma or snoring; (4) allergic to pollen or plant.
