研究目的：

探讨全身振动训练对老年糖尿病周围神经病变患者的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of whole body vibration (WBV) on the elderly with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①临床专科检查，表现为不同程度的痛觉过敏、肢体麻木等躯体感觉异常为主要症状；②经michigan神经病变量表评估，总分≥7分；③年龄为60~75岁；④近3个月内未参加规律性的身体活动；⑤无认知功能障碍，依从性好，知情同意，能坚持完成预定训练项目并配合测试。

Inclusion criteria

①Clinical special examination, showing different degrees of hyperalgesia, limb numbness and other somatosensory abnormalities as the main symptoms ;② assessed by the michigan neuropathy variable table, the total score ≥7 points ;③age 60~75 years old ;④ did not participate in regular physical activity in the last 3 months ;⑤ no cognitive dysfunction, good compliance, informed consent, can adhere to the completion of scheduled training program and cooperate with the test.

排除标准：

①冠心病、高血压3级、肾功能衰竭等严重内科疾病；②伴有中枢及周围神经系统病变者；③下肢骨折、关节畸形、外伤及人工关节；④近期发生下肢静脉血栓者；⑤平衡功能严重障碍；⑥合并严重糖尿病视网膜病变、糖尿病足等并发症；⑦身体内存有植入物或患有符合全身振动训练禁忌症的其他疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

① coronary heart disease, hypertension grade 3, renal failure and other serious medical diseases; ②Patients with central and peripheral nervous system lesions; ③Fracture of lower limbs, joint deformity, trauma and artificial joint; ④ Recent lower extremity venous thrombosis; ⑤Severe impairment of balance function;⑥Complications of severe diabetic retinopathy and diabetic foot[8];⑦Persons with implants or other diseases that are compatible with systemic vibration training contraindications.
