研究目的：

通过对相关文献调研并结合临床工作经验，本研究提出了头针联合有氧训练对偏瘫患者进行康复治疗，应用心肺运动测试进行定量测定。头针留针时同时进行有氧训练，理论来源于人体阴阳平衡理论，突出了动静结合治疗，纠正阴阳失衡，头针启动机体的活血机制，改善了脑部血液循环；反复的有氧运动训练促进了中枢神经系统通过沟通各种不同类型突触链进行功能重组，使患肢功能得以恢复。此项研究应用头针联合有氧运动对偏瘫患者进行康复治疗，通过心肺运动试验测试患者有氧代谢能力的改变，分析头针治疗结合有氧运动对偏瘫患者运动功能、心肺功能的作用，为偏瘫患者中西医结合康复治疗建立探索优化康复治疗路径，推动中西医结合康复技术建立发展，具有十分重要的研究价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the relevant literature research and clinical work experience, this study proposed that scalp acupuncture combined with aerobic training for hemiplegic patients for rehabilitation treatment, the application of cardiopulmonary exercise test for quantitative measurement. Aerobic training is carried out at the same time when the scalp acupuncture is retained. The theory is derived from the theory of balance of yin and Yang of human body, which highlights the combination of dynamic and static treatment to correct the imbalance of yin and Yang. Scalp acupuncture activates the blood circulation mechanism of the body and improves the blood circulation of the brain. Repeated aerobic exercise training promotes the functional reorganization of the central nervous system by communicating various types of synaptic chains, so that the function of the affected limb can be restored . In this study, scalp acupuncture combined with aerobic exercise was used for rehabilitation treatment of hemiplegic patients. Through cardiopulmonary exercise test, the changes of aerobic metabolic capacity were tested. The effects of scalp acupuncture combined with aerobic exercise on motor function and cardiopulmonary function of hemiplegic patients were analyzed. It explored and optimized the rehabilitation treatment path for hemiplegic patients and promoted the rehabilitation technology of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine It has very important research value to establish and develop.

纳入标准：

诊断符合1995年全国第四届脑血管疾病学术会议标准，第一诊断为初发脑卒中(脑梗死或脑出血)，经CT或MR确诊；年龄在18岁至85周岁之间，意识清醒，能正常合作者；均为单侧偏瘫；生命体征平稳，能够耐受有氧运动训练及心肺运动测试者；无脑外伤史，无脑炎、结核性脑膜炎等脑实质及中枢神经受累史；患者具有小学及以上的文化水平，对研究人员的观察和评价具有良好的依从性；经患者或家属同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

The diagnosis was in accordance with the standards of the Fourth National Conference on cerebrovascular diseases in 1995. The first diagnosis was primary stroke (cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage), and was confirmed by CT or MR; the patients aged 18 to 85 years old, conscious and able to cooperate normally; all were unilateral hemiplegia; the life and body were stable, and they were able to withstand aerobic exercise training and cardio pulmonary exercise tests; no history of brain trauma, no encephalitis, knot The patients have the primary and above cultural level, and have good compliance with the observation and evaluation of the researchers; with the consent of the patients or their families and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

符合入选标准但未签知情同意书的患者；进展型脑卒中；短暂性的脑缺血发作；认知功能障碍或有精神症状者、痴呆及各种失语症，不能配合完成康复训练的患者；瘫痪侧肢体有严重痉挛或关节活动范围严重受限的患者；有严重感染或严重合并症(心、肺、肝、肾)者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who met the inclusion criteria but did not sign the informed consent form; progressive stroke; transient ischemic attack; patients with cognitive dysfunction or mental symptoms, dementia and various aphasia, unable to complete rehabilitation training; patients with severe spasticity or joint range of motion in paralyzed limbs; patients with severe infection or severe complications (heart, lung, liver, kidney) And then.
