研究目的：

观察不耐受食物剔除饮食方案对偏头痛患者症状评分及14种食物特异性IgG抗体滴度、炎症因子、神经递质、肠道菌群的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of intolerance food restriction dietary on symptom score, 14 kinds of food specific IgG antibody titer, inflammatory factors neurotransmitter and gut microbiota in migraine patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18周岁～65周岁；
（2）符合国际头痛协会诊断标准ICHD-III。已确诊偏头痛6个月以上，在入组前一个月至少头痛发作两次；
（3）14种食物特异性IgG抗体检测结果中，至少有一种食物特异性IgG抗体血清浓度>50 U/mL；
（4）同意在12周的干预期间严格实施分配的方案、如实接受随访、完成症状评分问卷、定期回访采集血、便标本；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 18-65 years;
2. Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of International Headache Association (ichd-iii). Migraine had been diagnosed for more than 6 months, and had at least two migraine attacks in one month before admission.
3. Among the 14 kinds of food specific IgG antibody test results, at least one kind of food specific IgG antibody serum concentration > 50 U / ml;
4. Patients who agreed to strictly implement the assigned scheme during the 12 week intervention period, received follow-up truthfully, completed symptom score questionnaire, and collected blood and stool samples regularly;

排除标准：

（1）无自主能力，不能严格执行分配的实验方案；不能按时随访者；
（2）正在禁食某食物不能中断（因过敏、生酮饮食、素食等）；
（3）在取便样前12周内使用抗生素、微生态调节剂或抗真菌药；
（4）患有其它导致头痛症状的已确诊疾病（如高血压病、肿瘤、卒中等引起的头痛）；
（5）患肿瘤、风湿免疫病或使用免疫抑制剂、消化道溃疡、感染、不稳定精神疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The subjects who have no autonomy can not strictly carry out the assigned experimental scheme; those who can not follow up on time; 2;
2. Subjects who are fasting a certain food and cannot be interrupted (due to allergy, ketogenic diet, vegetarian diet, etc.);
3. The subjects who used antibiotics, microecological regulators or antifungal drugs within 12 weeks before stool sampling;
4. Patients with other confirmed diseases leading to headache symptoms (such as headache caused by hypertension, tumor, stroke, etc.).
5. Patients with tumor, rheumatic immune disease or use of immunosuppressant, peptic ulcer, infection, unstable mental disease.
