研究目的：

比较碳酸氢钠林格液和乳酸钠林格液、醋酸林格液对肝移植患者血气分析、乳酸水平及肾功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Compare the effects of sodium bicarbonate Ringer solution, sodium lactate Ringer solution and acetic Ringer solutionon on blood gas analysis, lactic level and renal function in patients undergoing liver transplantation surgery.

纳入标准：

肝移植手术患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients undergoing liver transplantation.

排除标准：

除肝脏外其他脏器如心肺肾功能严重障碍；
甲状腺功能低下的患者；
其他研究者认为不适合本研究的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects with serious dysfunction of other organs, such as heart, lung and kidney, except liver;
2. Patients with hypothyroidism;
3. Other researchers think that it is not suitable for this study.
