研究目的：

纳入在腹部大手术术中出现酸中毒的患者，通过对比用或不用碳酸氢钠，回顾性分析对患者生存率和预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The influence of sodium bicarbonate on the survival rate and prognosis of patients with acidosis during major abdominal surgery is analyzed retrospectively by comparing the use or absence of sodium bicarbonate.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

回顾收集2015-2020年腹部大手术术中血气分析PH≤7.2的患者数据，根据术中是否使用碳酸氢钠将患者分为两组队列。对比术中使用或不使用碳酸氢钠后，对患者生存率和其他预后的影响。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The data of patients whose blood gas analysis PH ≤ 7.2 during major abdominal surgery from 2015 to 2020 is collected. The patients are divided into two cohorts according to whether sodium bicarbonate is used during the operation. Compare the effects of using or not using sodium bicarbonate during surgery on the survival rate and other prognosis of patients. 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18周岁以上（含18周岁）
2.腹部大手术

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients over 18 years old (including 18 years old)
2. Patients with major abdominal surgery

排除标准：

1.年龄80周岁以上（含80周岁）
2.非计划内二次手术
3.移植手术
4.术前呼衰、肾衰

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients over 80 years old (including 80 years old)
2. Patients with unplanned second operation
3. Transplant patients
4. Patients with respiratory failure and renal failure before operation
