研究目的：

探究左束支起搏及希氏束起搏术后患者心功能以及起搏器参数变化。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the changes of cardiac function and pacemaker parameters in patients after left bundle branch pacing and His bundle pacing.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、既往未行起搏器植入治疗，有起搏器植入指征。
2、有能力签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. No pacemaker implantation treatment has been performed in the past, and there are indications for pacemaker implantation.
2. Ability to sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1、有CRT及ICD植入指征；
2、有严重的瓣膜疾病（中、中度反流）；
3、既往机械瓣膜/生物瓣膜置换术后；
4、有急性心肌梗死病史；
5、预期寿命低于1年。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are indications for CRT and ICD implantation;
2. Severe valve disease (moderate or moderate reflux);
3. After previous mechanical valve/biological valve replacement;
4. Have a history of acute myocardial infarction;
5. Life expectancy is less than 1 year.
