研究目的：

建立大样本临床队列，通过对苦味受体T2R38基因多态性筛查、口腔微生物群落分析以及牙周健康状况的临床检查，探究T2R38基因多态性在牙周炎发生发展及治疗预后中的作用，建立基于椅旁苦味测试的牙周炎易感性及治疗预后预测模型，辅助牙周炎临床诊疗。  

Objectives of Study：

Establish a large sample clinical cohort to explore the role of hT2R38 gene polymorphism in the development and prognosis of periodontitis through screening of bitter taste receptor hT2R38 gene polymorphism, oral microbiome analysis and clinical examination of periodontal tissue. Our research also aimed at establishing a model of periodontitis susceptibility and prognosis of treatment based on bitterness test during clinical process, to assist in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of periodontitis

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①18~45岁；②口内至少有20颗天然牙（不包括第三磨牙），且至少12颗牙齿为前磨牙、第一磨牙或第二磨牙；③DMFT<6；④确诊为牙周炎或牙周健康。

Inclusion criteria

①18 ~ 45 years old; ②There are at least 20 teeth (excluding third molar) in the mouth, and at least 12 teeth are premolar, first molar or second molar; ③DMFT <6; ④Diagnosed as periodontitis or periodontal health.

排除标准：

①身体指数或重要生命体征超出正常范围（如BMI≥35或≤18，脉搏>100/分等）；②若为女性，则不在妊娠期；③高血压、糖尿病等系统性疾病史；④初诊前近三个月全身使用抗生素，一周内口腔局部使用抗生素（漱口水等）⑤初诊前六个月内曾行牙周治疗（牙周洁治等）。

Exclusion criteria：

①Body index or vital vital signs are beyond the normal range (such as BMI≥35 or ≤18, pulse> 100 / min, etc.); ②If the volunteer is female, he/she is not in pregnancy; ③History of hypertension, diabetes and other systemic diseases; ④Antibiotics were used systemically within three months before diagnose(The first visit), and oral antibiotics (mouthwash, etc.) were used within one week. ⑤ Periodontal treatment (period cleansing, etc.) was performed within six months before the initial diagnosis.

本项研究不使用随机方法，在第一部分的诊断模型的构建中，根据牙周健康情况分为牙周炎组和健康组，并通过基因测序对每个组别划分亚组。在第二部分的预后模型构建中，将根据基因测序划分组别，分别为非AVI组（包括基因型为PAV/PAV和PAV/AVI）和AVI组（仅包括基因型为AVI/AVI）
