Objectives of Study：

This study was designed to observe the feasibility of a new nerve block in lower extremity surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 2020.09-2021.09我院择期行下肢手术患者；
2.年龄18~75岁；
3. ASA:Ⅰ-Ⅲ级；
4.受试者自愿参加研究并己经签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients undergoing elective hip arthroplasty in our hospity during 2020.09 to 2021.09;
2.Ages 40 to 75;
3. ASA:Ⅰ-Ⅲ;
4.Subjects have volunteered to participate in the study and have signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.严重的心血管、肾脏、血液或肝脏疾病的证据
2.先前存在心理或精神疾病史；
3.对区域阻滞技术有禁忌症者；
4.沟通困难；
5.酒精或药物滥用

Exclusion criteria：

1.Evidence of serious cardiovascular,renal,blood or liver disease;
2.A prior history of psychological or mental illness;
3.Contraindications to regional block technique;
4.difficulties in communication;
5.Alcohol or drug abuse.
