本研究旨在分析二孩政策开放前后，新生儿不同种类的疾病的发病率和构成比的变化，以分析得出新生儿疾病谱的变化。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to analyze the incidence rate and constituent ratio of different types of diseases in neonates before and after the two child policy opening, and to analyze the changes of neonatal disease spectrum.

基于国家病案首页数据库（Hospital Quality Monitoring System, HQMS）纳入的2013年至2019年住院的新生儿。

Inclusion criteria

All neonates born between 2013-2019 whose electronic records were uploaded to the Hospital Quality Monitoring System (HQMS).
