研究目的：

基于病证结合的思想，在明确疾病的前提下对中风后抑郁不同病程下的证候要素进行提取，分析不同病程下中风后抑郁的主要证候分型及演变规律，建立统一、客观的中风后抑郁中医证候量化诊断模型，从而推动中风后抑郁中医证候诊断的标准化研究。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is based on the idea of combination of disease and syndrome, using BP artificial neural network, the syndrome factors of depression after stroke in different course under the premise of clear disease under the extraction, analysis of main syndromes of depression after stroke in the different course type and evolution model of depression syndromes quantitative diagnosis of the establishment of a unified, guest the concept of depression after stroke, so as to promote the research of TCM syndrome diagnosis standard of stroke, improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合PSD诊断；
②年龄在18-75岁，男女均可；
③相关病例信息完整；
④脑卒中病程≥14天；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with PSD diagnosis;
2. Both male and female patients aged 18-75;
3. Patients with complete information of relevant cases;
4. Patients with stroke duration ≥ 14 days.

排除标准：

①伴意识障碍或明显的智力减退和失语的患者；
②具有阳性精神障碍个人史和家族史的患者；
③发病时有严重的心脏病、心功能不全、肝功能障碍、肾功能不全、呼吸衰竭、恶性肿瘤、消化道出血等预计不能完成长期随访的患者；
④妊娠和哺乳期妇女；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with disturbance of consciousness or obvious mental retardation and aphasia;
2. Patients with positive personal and family history of mental disorders;
3. Patients with severe heart disease, cardiac insufficiency, liver dysfunction, renal insufficiency, respiratory failure, malignant tumor, gastrointestinal bleeding, etc. at the time of onset, who are not expected to complete long-term follow-up;
4. Pregnant and lactating women;
