研究目的:

本研究目标获得不同白内障和晶状体疾病患者群体(如年龄相关性白内障、高度近视白内障、马方综合征晶状体不全脱位)的眼前节生物测量参数的分布情况,并对不同类型的患者的眼前节生物测量参数进行比较,指导不同患者群体植入人工晶状体参数(如球差矫正)的选择,寻找提示患者分组的重要眼前节参数或参数组合。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to obtain the distributions of anterior segmental biometrics of different subgroups of cataract and lens diseases populations (e.g. age-related cataract, high-myopia cataract, lens subluxation in Marfan syndrome) and make comparisons between subgroups. The results can be used to guide the selection of intraocular lens parameters (e.g. spherical aberration correction). This study is also designed to find the star parameter or their combinations as indicators of diseases/patients/eyes clustering.

纳入标准:

同意参加研究的白内障与晶状体疾病患者。

Inclusion criteria

Cataract and lens subluxation patients who agree to participate in this study.

排除标准:

1)年龄<3岁、有幽闭恐惧症或行动不便等无法配合完成眼前段生物测量的患者;
2)眼球震颤、固视差或角膜浑浊等眼前段生物测量所获数据质量检查不合格的患者。
另外还有:
1)正参加其它需要临床干预的临床试验的患者;
2)研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. younger than 3 years old, having claustrophobia, immobile or with other difficulties in measurements in anterior segmental biometrics;
2. having nystagmus, unstable fixation, corneal opacity or other conditions result in unqualified measurement outputs.
Other exclusion criteria including:
1) patients undergoing other clinical trails with clinical interventions;
2) considered as impropriate to be recruited in this study by researchers due to other reasons.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

病历记录表由HIS系统和IOLMaster/Pentacam存储系统组成,电子采集和管理系统由ResMan临床试验公共管理平台完成。
