研究目的：

1、了解锡林浩特蒙古族人群盲与低视力的患病率和临床特征； 2、了解锡林浩特蒙古族人群主要致盲眼病：白内障、青光眼、屈光不正、年龄相关性黄斑变性、糖尿病性视网膜病变等的患病率及患病特征； 3、了解社会经济因素对眼病发生的影响； 4、了解视力损害对患者生活质量的影响； 5、了解内蒙古地区现行医疗体系下眼病患者的保健意识以及诊治现状。 6、建立综合防控平台，有效推动蒙古族游牧人群眼病防治效果  

Objectives of Study：

1. Understand the prevalence and clinical characteristics of blindness and low vision among Mongolian people in Xilinhot; 2. Understand the main blindness diseases of the Mongolian population in Xilinhot: the prevalence and characteristics of cataracts, glaucoma, refractive errors, age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, etc.; 3. Understand the influence of socioeconomic factors on the occurrence of eye diseases; 4. Understand the impact of visual impairment on the quality of life of patients; 5. Understand the health awareness and diagnosis and treatment status of eye patients under the current medical system in Inner Mongolia. 6. Establish a comprehensive prevention and control platform to effectively promote the prevention and treatment of eye diseases among Mongolian nomads

为受试者提供以上项目：体格检查：身高、体重、腰围、臀围、血压、脉搏、视力检查等；眼部检查：视力、矫正视力、验光、眼压、干眼分析、生物测量、眼前节、眼底相、OCTA；问卷信息为（一般信息内容包括基本情况、饮食史、保健品服用史、睡眠情况、精神状态、生育史、个人生活习惯、被动吸烟及室内污染、体力活动、疾病及手术史、家族史以及职业暴露等方面）、生化指标（血糖、血脂）、身体指标（心率、血压、BMI）

纳入标准：

1.纳入标准40岁以上；
2.在锡林郭勒盟居住2年以上人口

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >=40 years old;
2. Population living in Xilin Gol League for more than 2 years.

排除标准：

1.精神疾患等不能配合检查者；
2.严重肝肾功能不全；
3.不愿配合检查者

Exclusion criteria：
