研究目的：

采用组学技术，验证青年健康人群机体状态的季节节律性变化趋势，为“因时制宜”提供系统生物学支持。  

Objectives of Study：

To validate the seasonal rhymic changes in the young healthy subjects by using multi-omics and provide the systematic biologic basis for "treat according to the time" in the traditional Chinese medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①入组体检健康（血尿便常规、肝肾功+血脂、胸片、心电图、腹部超声、血压未发现异常），且未诉明显不适者；
②18岁≤年龄≤35岁；
③18.5≤BMI≤23.9；
④同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① There was no abnormal indexes in the physical examination and no uncomforts;
② 18 years≤Ages≤35 years
③ 18.5≤BMI≤23.9
④ Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

①合并有严重精神、心理疾病者；
②妊娠或哺乳期；
③酒精或药物滥用史；
④正在参与其他临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

① With severe mental or psychological diseases;
② In the pregnancy or lactation;
③ History of alcohol or drug abuse;
④ Participating in other clinical researches.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

纸质版CRF放置于实验室专柜，电子数据保存于专用移动硬盘，二者皆由专人保管。
