研究目的：

1. 主要目的：评估Sonazoid造影剂诊断肝脏局灶性病变的敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值。 2. 次要目的：分析常见肝脏局灶性病变Sonazoid超声造影的灌注特征。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main purpose: To evaluate the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value of Sonazoid contrast agent in diagnosing focal liver lesions. 2. Secondary purpose: to analyze the perfusion characteristics of Sonazoid ultrasound in common focal liver lesions

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 超声、CT、MRI发现肝脏局灶性病变（非单纯囊性病变），入院准备手术或穿刺活检病人。
② 年龄≥18周岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Focal liver lesions (not simple cystic lesions) found on ultrasound,CT and MRI,patients are admitted to the hospital for surgery or biopsy.
2. Aged >= 18 years.

排除标准：

① 肝脏局灶性病变已行局部治疗（包括肿瘤动脉栓塞、局部消融治疗、局部微波治疗术后病例等）。
② 患者对鸡蛋、蛋制品过敏，造影剂过敏者。
③ 近期有急性冠脉综合征、不稳定的缺血性心脏病。
④ 成人呼吸窘迫综合征、严重的肺气肿、急性肺血管炎或肺栓塞史。
⑤ 患者不能配合完成检查。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Local treatments for focal liver lesions have been performed (including transcatheter arterial chemoembolization, Radiofrequency ablation, Microwave ablation,etc.).
2. Patients who are allergic to eggs,egg products,and contrast agents.
3. Recently have acute coronary syndrome and unstable ischemic heart disease.
4. A history of adult respiratory distress syndrome, severe emphysema, acute pulmonary vasculitis or pulmonary embolism.
5. The patient cannot cooperate to complete the examination.
