研究目的：

1. 主要目的：评估Sonazoid造影剂诊断肝脏局灶性病变的敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值。 2. 次要目的：分析常见肝脏局灶性病变Sonazoid超声造影的灌注特征。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Main purpose: To evaluate the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value of Sonazoid contrast agent in diagnosing focal liver lesions. 2. Secondary purpose: to analyze the perfusion characteristics of Sonazoid ultrasound in common focal liver lesions

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①超声、CT、MRI发现肝脏局灶性病变（非单纯囊性病变），入院准备手术或穿刺活检病人。
②年龄≥18周岁。

Inclusion criteria

①Focal liver lesions (not simple cystic lesions) found on ultrasound,CT and MRI,patients are admitted to the hospital for surgery or biopsy.
②Age ≥18 years old.

排除标准：

①肝脏局灶性病变已行局部治疗（包括肿瘤动脉栓塞、局部消融治疗、局部微波治疗术后病例等）。
②患者对鸡蛋、蛋制品过敏，造影剂过敏者。
③近期有急性冠脉综合征、不稳定的缺血性心脏病。
④成人呼吸窘迫综合征、严重的肺气肿、急性肺血管炎或肺栓塞史。
⑤患者不能配合完成检查。

Exclusion criteria：

① Local treatments for focal liver lesions have been performed (including transcatheter arterial chemoembolization,Radiofrequency ablation,Microwave ablation,etc.).
②Patients who are allergic to eggs,egg products,and contrast agents.
③Recently have acute coronary syndrome and unstable ischemic heart disease.
④A history of adult respiratory distress syndrome, severe emphysema, acute pulmonary vasculitis or pulmonary embolism.
⑤The patient cannot cooperate to complete the examination.
