纳入标准：

于各中心行结肠镜检查或镜下手术，并签署知情同意书者。（多中心：即华北理工大学附属医院、唐山工人医院、唐山市中医院、唐山市协和医院、唐山市中心医院、遵化市人民医院、迁西县人民医院、滦州市人民医院共8家医院）

Inclusion criteria

Those who undergo colonoscopy or endoscopic surgery in each center,and sign the informed consent form. (polycenter:North China University of Science and Technology Affiliated Hospital, Tangshan Workers' Hospital, Tangshan traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Tangshan Union Hospital, Tangshan Central Hospital, Zunhua people's Hospital, Qianxi County people's Hospital, Luanzhou City people's Hospital.)

排除标准：

①行无痛结肠镜者；②有结肠切除术史者；③未完成问卷调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

①patients with painless colonoscopy;②patients with history of colectomy;③patients with uncompleted questionnaire.
