研究目的：

验证电针肺俞穴是否能够有效促进腹腔镜结肠癌根治手术患者术后肺功能的恢复。  

Objectives of Study：

To verify whether electroacupuncturing at Feishu (BL 13) can effectively promote the recovery of pulmonary function in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1 ASA I-III 级；
2 心功能1-2级；
3 年龄40-80岁；
4 血压控制正常；
5 能够配合治疗；
6 意识清醒；
7 能够保持俯卧位。

Inclusion criteria

1. ASA I-III patients;
2. Patients with cardiac function grade 1-2;
3. Patients aged 40-80 years old;
4. Patients with normal blood pressure control;
5. Patients who can cooperate with treatment;
6. Conscious patients;
7. Patients who can keep prone position.

排除标准：

1 电针部位感染；
2 胸部畸形；
3 胸肺部手术史；
4 慢性阻塞性肺疾病；
5 支气管扩张；
6 凝血功能异常；
7 病态肥胖；
8 心理障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with infection of electroacupuncture site;
2. Patients with chest deformity;
3. Patients with history of chest and lung surgery;
4. Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease;
5. Patients with bronchiectasis;
6. Patients with abnormal coagulation function;
7. Morbidly obese patients;
8. Patients with mental disorders.
