研究目的：

比较不同遍数的1064-nm Nd:YAG皮秒点阵激光治疗萎缩性痤疮瘢痕的疗效及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the efficacy and safety of 1064-nm Nd:YAG picosecond laser for treating atrophic acne scars.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a) 年龄18至60周岁的健康男性和女性；
b) 诊断为萎缩性痤疮瘢痕且ECCA评分≥130的患者；
c) 能够并且愿意遵守所有访谈、治疗和评价的时间及要求；
d) 能够理解并提供书面的知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Healthy men and women aged 18 to 60 years old;
2. Patients with atrophic acne scar and ECCA score >= 130;
3. Patients who can and are willing to comply with all the time and requirements of interview, treatment and evaluation;
4. Patients who can understand and provide written informed consent.

排除标准：

a) 有瘢痕疙瘩病史；
b) 妊娠、哺乳期妇女；
c) 已知对表面麻醉药物过敏；
d) 最近有暴晒史；
e) 既往有光敏史，过去6月内曾口服已知会增加光敏感度药物的患者；
f) 在初次治疗前的6个月内口服异维A酸或计划在治疗期间服用的患者；
g) 过去3月内面部曾接受过手术治疗包括：微创、填充、注射、整形手术或紫外光疗、强脉冲光、激光、射频治疗；
h) 既往有恶性肿瘤病史的患者；
i) 研究者认为受试者存在依从性差或有其它器质性疾病等问题而不适宜参加本临床研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with keloid history;
2. Pregnant and lactating women;
3. Patients who are known to be allergic to topical anesthetics;
4. Patients with a recent history of sun exposure;
5. Patients with a history of photosensitization, who have taken orally drugs known to increase photosensitivity in the past 6 months;
6. Patients who took isotretinoin orally within 6 months before the initial treatment or planned to take it during the treatment period;
7. Patients who have received surgical treatment in the past three months include: minimally invasive surgery, filling, injection, plastic surgery or ultraviolet light therapy, intense pulsed light, laser and radio frequency therapy;
8. Patients with previous history of malignant tumor;
9. The researchers think that the subjects have poor compliance or other organic diseases and are not suitable to participate in this clinical study.
