研究目的：

验证苯磺酸瑞马唑仑能够安全有效的应用于老年前列腺电切术的全身麻醉。探究苯磺酸瑞马唑仑对老年患者术后谵妄的影响。通过术中脑电抑制时间的角度来进一步分析苯磺酸瑞马唑仑对老年患者神经系统的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To verify that Remazolam benzenesulfonic acid can be used safely and effectively in general anesthesia for electroprostatectomy in the elderly.To investigate the effect of remazolam benzenesulfonic acid on postoperative delirium in elderly patients.The effects of remazolam benzenesulfonic acid on the nervous system of elderly patients were further analyzed from the perspective of intraoperative EEG inhibition time.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①签署知情同意书；
②年龄≥65岁
③ASA分级I~Ⅲ级；
④拟择期行前列腺电切术的患者；

Inclusion criteria

1. Sign informed consent;
2. Aged >=65 years;
3. ASA grades I to III;
4. Patients planning to undergo elective prostate resection.

排除标准：

①肝肾等重要脏器功能严重受损者
②术前有精神分裂症，癫痫，帕金森病等神经精神系统疾病
③无法配合完成术前神经心理学评估（MMSE量表评估≦24分）
④三个月内发生过任何脑血管意外，如脑卒中、短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA） 等
⑤服用镇静剂、抗抑郁药及精神活性药物滥用史，酗酒史等
⑥术前存在止凝血功能障碍者
⑦术后5天内需再次行手术者

Exclusion criteria：

①The function of important organs such as liver and kidney is seriously impaired
②Preoperative schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease and other neuropsychiatric diseases
③Failure to complete preoperative neuropsychological assessment (MMSE scale assessment ≦24 points)
④Had any cerebrovascular accident within three months, such as stroke, transient ischemic attack (TIA), etc
⑤A history of abuse of sedatives, antidepressants, psychoactive drugs, alcohol, etc
⑥Patients with anti-coagulation dysfunction before surgery
⑦Reoperation was required 5 days after operation
