探讨心脏磁共振在妊娠及围产期相关心脏病变的诊断及预后评价中的价值  

Objectives of Study：

to evaluate the role of cardiac magnetic resonance in the diagnosis and prognosis assessment of pregnancy related heart diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄≥18岁；临床诊断符合围产期心肌病、妊娠期高血压或妊娠期糖尿病患者。

Inclusion criteria

patients of at least 18 years old, with a clinical diagnosis of peripartum cardiomyopathy, hypertensive heart diseases or gestational diabetes.

排除标准：

MRI检查禁忌症、幽闭恐惧症、既往患心脏病、高血压和/或糖尿病者。

Exclusion criteria：

contraindication for MRI due to the presence of cardiac pacemaker or defibrillators and other unsafe ferromagnetic objects; claustrophobia; patients with a history of other cardiovascular diseases, hypertension and/or diabetes.
