研究目的:

1 探索实验组和加强实验组分组、对照组选取,以及干预过程中可能会遇到的问题和解决办法,评价该试验方案的可行性。 2 评估干预措施在提升儿童青少年运动量、减少久坐行为、发展运动兴趣、提升运动自我效能方面的效果,探究干预措施的必要性。 3 评估实施干预对儿童青少年心理方面的影响,主要包括执行功能、抑郁、焦虑、学校态度、同伴关系、生活满意度和身体满意度等。 4评估儿童青少年体质指数、视力、两周患病、睡眠等内容。 5评价各个项目学校和老师对干预措施的采纳情况和具体实施情况。分析各项目学校和老师在实施干预方面的差异,并探究差异形成原因。 6 评估实施干预对当地其他学校乃至整个地区的体育教学带来的影响。 7 干预的卫生经济学评价。  

Objectives of Study:

1 Explore the experimental group and strengthen the selection of experimental group and control group, as well as the problems and solutions that may be encountered during the intervention process, and evaluate the feasibility of the experimental scheme. 2 Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions in improving physical activity, reducing sedentary behavior, developing exercise interest, and improving exercise self-efficacy in children and adolescents, and to explore the necessity of interventions.3 Evaluate the psychological impact of intervention on children and adolescents, including executive function, depression, anxiety, school attitude, peer relationship, life satisfaction and physical satisfaction, etc. 4 Assessment of children and adolescents' body mass index, visual acuity, two-week illness, sleep, etc. 5 Evaluate the adoption and implementation of intervention measures by schools and teachers in each project. Analyze the differences between schools and teachers in the implementation of intervention, and explore the reasons for the differences. 6 Evaluate the impact of intervention on physical education in other local schools and the whole district. 7 Health economics evaluation of interventions.

纳入标准:

1学校
1)中国西南地区乡村小学校。
2)各学校操场、运动器材等运动设施设备大体一致。
3)获得校长和体育任课老师的同意。
2学生
1)年龄在7-15岁之间的三年级、四年级、五年级小学生。
2)包括男童和女童。
3)身体健康,可以正常进行体育活动。
4)获得学生的同意。

Inclusion criteria

1 school
1) Rural primary school in southwest China.
2) The school playground, sports equipment and other sports facilities and equipment are generally the same.
3) Obtain the consent of the principal and PE teacher.
2 students
1) Third, fourth and fifth graders aged between 7 and 15 years old.
2) Including boys and girls.
3) Healthy, can normally carry out physical activities.
4) Obtain the student's consent.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

数据收集完成后,研究团队人员运用Epidata或Excel软件建立数据库,将数据进行录入。在数据录入时,采用抽取一定比例的问卷进行重复录入,并进行核对比较,不一致的地方对照原始数据进行修改。运用SPSS或R软进行统计分析。
