Objectives of Study：

The assessment of preoperative nutritional to predict postoperative delirium in elderly patients with hip fracture.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄为≥65岁，术前诊断髋部骨折，ASA I～Ⅲ级。

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged >= 65 years; hospital admission for surgery for hip fracture; ASA physical status classification I-III.

排除标准：

帕金森病；痴呆（包括帕金森病导致的痴呆、阿尔茨海默病和路易体痴呆）；在过去6个月内中风或其他中枢神经系统疾病；术前谵妄；严重的听力及视力障碍、语言障碍、沟通困难等；患有酒精相关疾病；多重创伤或多重骨折；术后转入ICU，意外出院或拒绝参与研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Parkinson disease; all-cause dementia (including PD related dementia, AD related dementia and lewys body dementia);
2. suffered stroke or any other central nervous system (CNS) disease in the last 6 months;
3. preoperative delirium;
4. severe deafness or vision problems, linguistic barriers, illiteracy, and/or communication difficulties;
5. patients with alcohol-related disorders,
6. multiple trauma or multiple fractures;
6. shift work or taking medications affecting melatonin;
7. transfer to ICU postoperatively, unexpected discharge and refuse to participate in the research.
