纳入标准：

肾盂输尿管连接处梗阻导致的单侧肾积水婴幼儿病人。

Inclusion criteria

Infants with unilateral hydronephrosis due to ureteropelvic junction obstruction an infant.

排除标准：

合并肾发育不良，神经源性膀胱，后尿道瓣膜，或者膀胱输尿管连接处梗阻导致的肾输尿管同时积水等。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with renal dysplasia, neurogenic bladder, posterior urethral valve, or simultaneous hydronephrosis caused by obstruction of vesicoureteral junction.
